Hot wings. Cold bevs. We're hiring floor leaders across multiple Wingboy venues in Sydney, NSW.

We've got three levels of chance open right now, so wherever you're at in your hospitality career, there's likely a fit whether your background is Duty Manager, Venue Manager, Shift Leader or Front of House Manager:

Restaurant Supervisor: You're the one running the floor on shift: setting the pace, keeping service tight, sorting out problems before they become problems.

Assistant Restaurant Manager: Second-in-charge. You're across stock, rostering, training and compliance, and you step up and run the show when the Restaurant Manager's not there.

Restaurant Manager: Full accountability for the venue. Compliance, customer experience, your team and the P&L; are all on you, with real backing from head office.

The day-to-day covers things like:
Running shifts and setting the tone for pace and service (Supervisor)
Coaching junior team members on the floor and sorting out customer issues as they come up
Supporting stock, rostering, training and reporting (Assistant Manager & Restaurant Manager)




Managing online reviews, delivery disputes and customer feedback
Owning recruitment, GP, wages and P&L; reporting (Restaurant Manager)
Driving KPIs and making the calls needed to hit them

What you'll need:
Experience in a busy hospitality or quick-casual venue at the level you're applying for
A current NSW RSA
Comfortable with POS systems and busy service periods
Full working rights in Australia
Availability nights, weekends and peak periods
