Atlas Frames is looking for a reliable and motivated Steel Frame Assembler to join our production team in Brendale.
This is a full-time position in a fast-paced factory environment, assembling light gauge steel wall frames and trusses.
About the role
Your day-to-day work will include:
Assembling steel wall frames and trusses
Using drills and other basic hand and power tools
Reading and following assembly drawings and instructions
Handling and moving steel components
Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
What we're looking for
Physically fit and able to safely lift up to 20kg
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and willing to work
Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Experience using a drill or power tools is an advantage, but not essential. We can teach you.
Previous experience in steel framing, construction, manufacturing or assembly is an advantage, but not required for the right person
