DIG Personnel & Training Solutions are currently seeking experienced HR Watercart Drivers, Tipper Drivers, and Civil Plant Operators for ongoing work across civil construction projects throughout Adelaide and the Mount Barker region.

We are looking for reliable and safety-focused operators who have experience working in civil construction environments and can contribute effectively to busy project teams.

About the Roles:

Positions are available for experienced:
HR Watercart Drivers
HR Tipper Drivers
Civil Plant Operators - Excavator, Roller, Loader, Grader

Key Responsibilities:
Operating watercarts and tipper trucks safely across civil construction sites
Supporting subdivision, earthworks, roadworks, and infrastructure projects
Assisting with site preparation, material movements, and general civil operations
Operating civil plant including excavators, loaders, rollers, and skid steers
Completing daily pre-start checks and ensuring equipment is operated safely
Working alongside labourers, operators, and site supervisors
Following site procedures and maintaining a robust focus on safety and productivity

What We're Looking For:
Current HR Driver's Licence (essential for driving roles)




Proven experience operating watercarts, tippers, or civil plant
White Card (Construction Induction)
Previous civil construction experience
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety

Highly Desirable:
Roller operating experience
Experience across subdivisions, earthworks, roadworks, and civil infrastructure projects
Experience working around excavators and other heavy plant
Additional plant tickets and licences
