We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learn to Swim Instructor to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will teach swimming skills to students of all ages and abilities, helping them build confidence and competence in the water.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons for students of varying ages and skill levels
Create a safe, supportive, and positive learning workplace
Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
Ensure all pool safety guidelines and procedures are followed at all times
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians regarding progress
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievements

Requirements
Current and recognised swimming teaching qualification




Valid first aid and CPR certification
Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching
Ability to work weekends and early mornings as required
Previous experience teaching swimming is highly regarded
