We’re looking for a Trade Sales Executive to join our Brisbane team and help keep our global trade network moving.

At Travvia, home of JUCY and Star RV, we’re all about creating memorable experiences, and this role plays an key part in making that happen.

Working closely with our Global Trade Manager, you’ll support our trade partners across enquiries, bookings, account management, campaigns, reporting and events.

Your Journey on the Road

You’ll be the go-to person helping our trade partners get what they need, when they need it.

You’ll:
Manage trade enquiries, queues and the shared sales inbox.
Process bookings, quotes and amendments accurately and efficiently.
Set up and support agent accounts, B2B access and onboarding.
Troubleshoot account issues and keep partner information up to date.
Support trade campaigns and maintain our trade asset library.
Prepare trade reporting and help keep our data accurate.
Coordinate agent communications, meetings and events.
Build great relationships with our trade partners and internal teams.
Look for smarter ways to improve our processes and systems.
Occasional travel within Australia and to Recent Zealand

What You’ll Bring to the Trip

We’re looking for someone who is organised,



proactive and loves getting things done.

You’ll bring:
2+ years’ experience in sales administration, account support, trade support or a similar role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving.
A solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to take ownership.
The ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Travel or tourism experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and being part of a team.
