About the Opportunity

We are seeking a full-timeWarehouse Administration person who enjoys working in a fast faced environment, managing high volumes of warehousing and logistics admin duties. Your primary responsibility is to plan delivery bookings, check invoices for driver payments and customer feedback and product returns that will promote profitability and satisfaction on behalf of the service department and customer, respectively.

The warehouse and logistics administration person must be research-oriented, detail-oriented and be mindful of time-sensitive information; therefore, he/she will have exceptional time-management and organization skills with an ability to work independently on multiple projects at once.

The Main responsibilities of the Role




Customer pickups from our Belmont warehouse
Liaise with freight companies
Respond to customer enquiries relating to deliveries and returns
Direct communication with customers via phone and email
Manage WH&S; management system filing daily, weekly, and monthly reports into a share drive
Answering phone calls

Skills and experience
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
Strong conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
Prior experience processing driver invoices highly regarded.
Prior experience in warehousing administration role highly regarded
An excellent attitude and ability to work well within a team.
A solid work ethic with a thirst for current knowledge and skills.
