We are interested in hearing from people who have: n

5+ years' commercial experience gained within a top‑tier firm or a leading mid‑tier firm;
n
Strong experience in M&A; transactions, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements; in the energy, mining and/or infrastructure sectors;
n
Excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with commercial nous;
n
Proactive, positive and energetic approach and commitment to excellence.
