Job Description

Safely operate vacuum excavation equipment and associated machinery for potholing/NDD of underground services, stormwater pipeline cleaning and other related works.
n
Deliver materials and equipment from our yard to active construction sites.
n
Locate underground services including power, communications, water, gas, drainage and sewer.
n
Pick up orders and materials from suppliers and deliver them directly to site as required.
n
Conduct daily pre-start and pre-operational checks and report any mechanical issues, defects or maintenance requirements.
n
Safely load and unload materials and equipment as required.
n
Move materials, tools and equipment between sites as directed.
n
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, site requirements and relevant regulations, prioritising the safety of yourself and others.
n
Complete delivery dockets, work records and other required paperwork accurately and on time.
n




Maintain a clean, tidy and roadworthy vehicle at all times.
n
Accurately document work completed and maintain detailed records.
n
Work collaboratively with the team and assist colleagues with general duties as required.
n

What We're Looking For nn
Current HR licence (essential)
n
Experience driving in metro Sydney – knowing your way around is a big plus
n
Construction industry background preferred
n
Must have Experience with vac truck / NDD operation
n
White Card preferred
n
Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling
n
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
n
