We Kill Termites exists to professionalise the pest control industry. The industry has a reputation problem - unsafe practices, inconsistent treatments, vague reporting, and low regard for staff. We're the response to that. We do it through outstanding customer service, treatment processes that are secure and effective, and a work workplace where good people are valued and rewarded.

We're hiring across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.

What you get:
$75,000–$95,000 base + ~$21k commission (depending on qualifications, experience, and ability)
7–15% commission, uncapped
Fully maintained company vehicle + fuel
Overtime available if you want it
Monthly team lunch on the company
Investment in your tools, training, and development

What you'll do:
General pest, rodent, and German cockroach treatments
Termite inspections and termite treatments (chemical and baiting)
Residential and commercial work

The culture:

Our team is close-knit, disciplined, and accountable - to each other, to customers, and to the business. We expect honest, respectful communication between technicians, admin, and management. If that sounds like a fit, it probably is. If it doesn't, this isn't the role for you.

You'll thrive here if you:
Hold a current QLD Pest Management Technician licence (with timber pest endorsement) and driver's licence
Take pride in doing the job properly and efficiently
Communicate clearly and honestly with customers
Want to raise the standard of the industry - for workers and customers

If you or anyone you know might be interested in joining our team, now or at some point down the line, apply now. Worst case, we both gain another connection in the industry.
