About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Readiness & Integration Lead to support the successful delivery of a major digital transformation program. You will act as the link between business stakeholders, project teams and technology partners, ensuring the organisation is prepared for system implementations and technology-driven change.

Key responsibilities include leading readiness assessments, coordinating testing and go-live activities, managing risks, and supporting the transition of recent solutions into business-as-usual operations.

n

Initial 6-month fixed-term chance based in Canberra, with potential for extension.

What You Bring n

n
Experience leading business readiness, transformation or implementation initiatives.
n
Solid understanding of project delivery, governance and stage-gate frameworks.
n
Experience with UAT, training, deployment and go-live activities.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
n




Experience with SaaS implementations, platform migrations or business systems transformation.
n
Knowledge of change management and business process improvement practices.
n
A solid level of data acumen, including the ability to assess data impacts, interpret insights and support evidence-based decision making.

Pay: $110per hour
