As a volunteer Board Member, you’ll:
Help shape the strategic direction of a thriving community-focused organisation.

Develop or expand your experience in governance and leadership.
Contribute to meaningful change in the mental health and wellbeing landscape across Tasmania.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking new volunteer Board Members from across Tasmania who bring energy, insight and a robust alignment with our mission.

We welcome applicants with
Experience or strong interest in mental health, mediation, or the community services sector;
Skills and experience in financial management, IT systems, marketing / business development, or other business-critical areas;
An understanding of corporate governance principles (or a willingness to learn!);
A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset;
Ability to commit to approximately five hours per month for Board responsibilities; and
A valid Working with Vulnerable Persons check.
