Demant is seeking a Regional IT Support Specialist to join the Service Desk in Brisbane (Nundah). This permanent, full time role is hybrid, starting onsite for onboarding with later 3 days in office and 2 days from home, 9am-5pm local time, with occasional travel.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across devices, software, network and workplace tech, via phone, email, remote, and onsite support, ensuring incidents are resolved or escalated.
