The Integration Developer will design, build, test and support secure, scalable and reusable integration solutions that connect departmental applications, platforms and external services.
Key duties and responsibilities n
The successful candidate will be required to:
n
Design, develop, test, deploy and support API-led and event-driven integration solutions that enable secure and scalable communication between departmental applications, platforms and external services.
n
Implement integration solutions using cloud-native services, messaging technologies and event-driven patterns to support business transformation initiatives, platform modernisation and service delivery outcomes.
n
Collaborate with architects, technical leads,
developers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into high quality integration anddigital solutions.
n
Apply contemporary engineering and AI delivery practices, including AI enabled software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, automated testing and platform engineering standards that support secure, scalable and reliable service delivery.
n
Support the adoption of contemporary engineering practices, including microservices and event-driven architecture, API first design, platform engineering and reusable integration patterns.
n
Contribute to knowledge transfer and capability uplift by mentoring team members, sharing reusable approaches and supporting continuous improvement.
