We are looking for a dedicated flooring Installer for permanent, full time work across our commercial projects.

You are either an experienced floor layer or a tradesperson with general construction experience looking to transition into flooring.

This role offers job security, consistent hours, car, tools, and the chance to boost your take-home pay with available overtime.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
Site Preparation: Grinding, floor leveling, and hardboard installation.
Installation: Laying vinyl sheet, vinyl plank, and carpet tiles.
Site Management: Working with a clean, protected work environment.

What You Bring to the Team:
Experience: Flooring experience is ideal but any trade background welcome.
Requirements: A valid driver's license,



and full working rights in Australia.

Earning Potential: Base hourly rate with overtime hours available and paid at penalty rates.
Full time hours: Full time hours, paid even if there are no projects.
