Milestone IT is partnering with a large retail organisation seeking an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to take a key role in maintaining and improving its CMDB and associated capabilities.

This opportunity suits a hands-on specialist who knows this space thoroughly and wants to become the organisation’s go-to resource. You’ll bring technical depth, ownership and the confidence to work with stakeholders to keep configuration data accurate, services mapped and the platform well supported.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and improving the CMDB, including data quality, accuracy and configuration item relationships.
Supporting and enhancing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
Managing certificate discovery, visibility and lifecycle processes.
Providing ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support.
Working with infrastructure and service owners to resolve issues and improve visibility across the workplace.




Identifying practical improvements and providing clear technical guidance.

We’re looking for:
Extensive hands-on ServiceNow experience, with robust expertise in CMDB.
Demonstrated experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and certificate management.
Robust troubleshooting skills and experience supporting complex enterprise environments.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently while building effective stakeholder relationships.
A proactive approach and a desire to take ownership as the key specialist in this space.

The initial engagement is for six months, with a preference for someone who can start as soon as possible.
