Old Sydney Hotel is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, delivering premium pub dishes with a up-to-date flair in Maryborough. You will own the kitchen operations, manage a hands-on team, and partner with the Front of House and Publican to uphold guest satisfaction and profitability.
