About the role

VELUX is looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to join the national field sales team, with the flexibility to be based in either Perth or Adelaide. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a territory, build robust partnerships with customers and identify opportunities to grow the territory across a diverse customer base including builders, dealers, installers and architects.

Key responsibilities
Building solid, long-term relationships with builders, dealers, installers and specifiers
Identifying and converting new business opportunities within your territory
Delivering value through every customer interaction
Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Developing opportunities through product specification, advocacy and strong commercial conversations
Managing your sales pipeline, forecasting and customer activity through CRM
Keeping close to market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
Planning and prioritising your territory to maximise growth
Working closely with Customer Service, Technical, Marketing and Product teams to deliver a great customer experience




Participating in ongoing sales coaching and capability development to continually strengthen your skills

About you
2–4 years' sales or trade experience, ideally within building materials, construction, trade or FMCG
A proven ability to develop strong customer relationships and win current business
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset
Strong territory planning, organisation and personal accountability
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A current driver's licence
Must be able to travel to WA/SA (regional and interstate)
