An prospect has arisen for an experienced, capable, friendly and pro-active management couple to join our small management team.

We are a boutique, family-owned, mixed-use caravan park centrally located at Bli Bli on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast.

The position is offered on a 2 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotating roster. Accommodation in a self-contained onsite managers' cottage is provided during your working weeks.

This is a long-term role and, as such, we are seeking a couple willing to commit to the position on an ongoing basis.

The position is customer facing and demands a high level of personal presentation and robust people and problem-solving skills - with an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

The position will suit an experienced, hands-on couple with an eagerness to take on new tasks as required. Experience dealing with RMS software, permanent tenants, holiday makers, and grounds and maintenance are preferred.

Applicants must be fit and healthy. The Grounds and Maintenance role is a physically active position and demands a high level of fitness.

This is a contract position. Applicants must have their own ABN.

Duties include,



but are not limited to:

Reception
Providing friendly, effective customer service to guests, residents, tradesmen and visitors
Responding efficiently to phone and email enquiries and processing bookings
Managing the day-to-day park experience for guests & residents
Processing rent and guest payments
Managing permanent rentals - including leases, inspections, tenant needs and requests
Managing cleaning staff
General office management, payment of accounts and problem-solving
Responding to after-hours emergencies and being on call while onsite

Grounds and Maintenance
Escorting guests to sites in a friendly manner
Mowing and maintaining grounds and keeping park tidy
General maintenance / handyman work
Management of facilities and equipment throughout the park
Waste management
Liaising with tradesmen
Problem solving as issues arise
Pro-active approach to park management
