Working within a collaborative team environment, you will be providing support to one of the company’s most successful & well respected advisors, ensuring all clients receive an exceptional service and accurate and efficient administration of their financial planning requirements.

n

Typical duties include:

n

n
Liaise with high net worth clients on the implementation and management of their portfolio
n
Develop relationships with clients and third party providers
n
Ensure compliance obligations are met, and all necessary paperwork has been sent and received within required timeframes
n
Reporting on client portfolios
n
Administration such as filing, photocopying,



typing, data entry
n
Responding to accounting and audit enquiries relating to client portfolios
n
Maintain and update accurate data within CRM systems
n

n

To be successful you will have:

n

n
Previous experience in a financial planning setting in a similar client services role
n
Finance/Business degree preferred, with Financial Planning qualifications a distinct advantage.
n
Exceptional communication skills with a passion for client satisfaction
n
Organised with an ability to prioritise tasks
n
Understanding of confidential nature of work and professional integrity required
n
Team player
n
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
n
