Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking an Assistant Ginner to join our team in Kununurra. In this role, you will be supported, mentored, and trained by experienced teammates and the Site Manager while becoming part of the local community and developing valuable long-term skills. As an Assistant Ginner, you will play a key role in ensuring the secure, productive, and effective operation of all areas under your responsibility. Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Gin operation and safety
Assist in maintaining the physical appearance of the gin site
Maintenance – constantly monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to the highest standard to facilitate continuity of production and quality.
Employee supervision
Work permits - Assist ginner and site management with ensuring work permits are completed for all high-risk activity
