Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Service Receptionist to join a vibrant and growing team in McGraths Hill. You will be joining our expanding team, supporting a busy workshop in all daily administrative tasks where required.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic skilled to join our team in the delivery of effective administration across all activities associated with our vehicle servicing operations.

About The Role:

Working within a close-knit team this position is perfect for a person who is "Hands On" and takes ownership of their job.

The role requires a team player with flexibility and experience to perform a wide range of administration tasks.

This is a Monday to Friday role only - no weekend work will be required

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests to the service department, creating a positive and professional first impression
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to service enquiries with confidence and care
Accurately record customer details, vehicle information, and service requests




Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Communicate service updates, timelines, and additional work clearly to customers
Customer follow up
Maintain daily repair order filing
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
