Business Analysis Lead – Digital
The Prospect
We’re seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to connect business users with technology teams. You’ll gather and clarify requirements, shape system improvements and help teams deliver solutions that meet business needs.
This role suits someone who can bring structure to ambiguous problems, understand integrated systems and turn requirements into transparent processes and delivery plans. Guidewire experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document requirements with business users.
Develop functional specifications and help translate requirements into technical specifications.
Shape customer journeys, map business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Scope work, manage dependencies and break initiatives into deliverable pieces.
Coordinate testing of system changes to check their functionality and usability.
Support business cases, benefit realisation and training documentation where needed.
Work with developers,



testers and project teams to support effective delivery.

About You
You have relevant business analysis experience and solid digital experience, including technical knowledge of integrated systems.
You can translate business needs into customer journey designs, process maps and clearly scoped work.
You’re comfortable leading analysis through ambiguity and outlining a practical path to a target state.
You understand the systems development lifecycle and have worked with a range of IT technologies and delivery settings.
You communicate well with business stakeholders and technology teams, including onshore and offshore colleagues.
Experience mentoring or leading other business analysts, continuous improvement or Guidewire is advantageous.
You hold a tertiary qualification or have an equivalent combination of education and work experience
