We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail RMS Specialist to lead solution design and delivery within a agile retail setting. This role requires deep technical expertise, solid leadership, and hands‑on experience across Oracle Retail v11 Suite.
Mandatory Skills
Solid expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle RMS, and Allocation Architecture
Proven experience with Oracle Retail v11 Suite
Integration design experience using RIB
Performance engineering expertise
Unix scripting proficiency
Batch scheduling knowledge (AutoSys / Control‑M)
Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
Domain Requirement
Retail domain experience is mandatory – candidates must demonstrate prior success in retail technology projects.
