We are seeking a Superintendent/Project Manager to join our team! Youwill overseeproject planning, scheduling,budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities: n
n
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
n
Allocate resources for assigned projects
n
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
n
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials,and clients
n
Negotiatewith contractors to receive reasonable order costs
n
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhereto original plans and specifications
n
Qualifications: nn
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
n
Familiarity with construction management software (ProCore,
Bluebeam)
n
Able to resolve issues in the field with limited supervision
n
Solid leadership qualities
n
Robust negotiation skills
n
Deadline and detail-oriented
n
OSHA 10 or 30
n
