Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing the social content calendar, writing posts and captions, optimizing content for each platform, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Manager will collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to align messaging with campaigns, ensure compliance with industry guidelines, and maintain a consistent brand voice.



The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, testing recent formats and features, and preparing regular reports and insights to inform ongoing strategy.

Qualifications
Solid social media marketing skills, including campaign planning and platform management.
Ability to develop and execute content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
Experience with social media optimisation (SMO), including audience growth and engagement techniques.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with a transparent, qualified, and audience-appropriate tone.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, scheduling platforms).
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and priorities.
Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is beneficial, with awareness of compliance considerations in online communication.
Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Adelaide, SA.
