About the role

HV Power Engineering Pty Ltd t/as Herbert Rieck Engineering is seeking a Store Person and Forklift Operator for a permanent full time position.

This is a hands-on role where you will undertake a variety of tasks, prioritise your own workload and be adaptable in your approach depending on the needs of the business.

Key responsibilities
Report to factory team lead and directors.
Pick and pack stock items.
Operate forklift to load and unload shipments from trucks.
Maintain the workshop area ensuring safety and cleanliness requirements are met.
Assist the factory workers.
Assist in assembly of parts for customer orders.
Assist with moving raw materials around the workshop.
Deliver and pick up goods in the company vehicle, if required.

About you




Current drivers licence.
Current forklift licence.
Experience in a similar role.
Willingness to learn company and workshop procedures.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving.
Positive communication skills.
