We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing Queensland team, covering the Brisbane and Gold Coast market.
About the Role n
You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key commercial relationships and securing large-scale commercial window furnishing projects.
n
Working with builders, developers, architects, designers and project managers, you will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to project completion.
Key responsibilities n

Develop and secure new commercial business
n
Identify and win large-scale projects
n
Manage key client relationships and accounts
n
Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations
n
Manage the sales process from lead generation to completion
n
Build strong relationships across the commercial construction sector
n
Achieve sales, revenue and margin targets
n
About You n
Commercial window furnishings experience is essential.
n
We are looking for a proven sales / BDM professional with a strong understanding of the commercial window furnishings and construction landscape.
Ideally, you will have: n

Proven experience in commercial window furnishings
n
Experience working on large-scale commercial projects
n
An established network across builders, developers, architects and designers
n
Strong B2B sales and business development experience
n
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
n
