We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a construction business that's growing fast. You'll cover accounts, payroll, debtor invoicing and finance admin across several entities and project reporting structures. You will be working in a up-to-date office with coffee machines on each floor and on-site parking.

What You'll Be Doing
Processing supplier invoices and subcontractor claims
Running weekly and fortnightly payroll
Helping with payroll tax and compliance admin
Raising debtor invoices and supporting collections
Preparing payment runs and supplier reconciliations
Sage ERP implementation
Improving finance processes and writing them down

What We're Looking For
Solid experience in both accounts and payroll
Construction industry experience is a plus
Solid attention to detail, especially across multiple entities
Confident with Microsoft Office,



particularly Excel and Outlook
Employment Hero experience highly regarded
Good time management and a strong work ethic
Transparent written and verbal communication
A friendly, positive attitude, and to be part of a close-knit team.
