Job Description

Townsville Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the Frailty Intervention Team (FIT). You will provide specialist gerontic assessment, clinical leadership and care coordination across ED, residential aged care and inpatient settings.

This role offers prospects to influence care pathways, work collaboratively with hospital and residential aged care services, and support improved outcomes for frail older people.
