Western Work Force are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our client, based in Redcliffe.

n

The successful candidate will provide transactional finance support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations and internal reporting, while also providing backup support for payroll when required.

Key Responsibilities: n

n
Process supplier invoices in line with Procure-to-Pay procedures
n
Reconcile supplier accounts and assist with payment runs
n
Manage employee reimbursements and credit card reconciliations
n
Generate and submit debtor invoices through client portals
n
Upload invoices to NAB IFF and reconcile facility data
n
Monitor debtor ageing and follow up outstanding accounts
n
Process receipt allocations and maintain accurate AR records
n
Complete bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
n
Maintain accurate financial records and system entries
n
Prepare routine and ad hoc financial reports
n
Support internal financial controls, compliance and audit requirements
n




Assist with ERP and business software administration
n
Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency
n
Provide backup support for payroll when required
n
Work closely with the Financial Accountant and Financial Controller on allocated tasks
n

About You: nn
2+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable position
n
Robust understanding of transactional finance processes
n
Advanced Excel skills
n
Experience using MYOB Acumatica
n
