About the Role nn
Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings
n
Deliver high-quality service to clients, agents, and contractors
n
Utilise Property IQ effectively
n
Provide professional strata guidance across all areas of management
n
Prepare agendas, budgets, minutes, and notices
n
Convene and conduct meetings confidently
n
Follow up and resolve enquiries promptly
n
Interpret financial statements and support committee decision-making
n
Maintain robust knowledge of strata legislation
n
Provide practical, solutions-focused outcomes
n
Earn approx. 40% Schedule B’s | $220 + GST per hour

What You Bring nn
Previous Strata Management experience (essential)
n
Excellent communication and client service skills
n
Ethical, customer-first work practices
n
Strong organisational and time management ability
n
Solid understanding of strata legislation
n
Confident problem-solving skills
n
Proficiency with computer systems (Property IQ highly regarded)
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
