We’re looking for someone with a solid sales mindset who loves starting conversations, building relationships and connecting with executives.

Factor works with leading technology and software organisations across Australia and APAC, building communities and partnerships with C-suite and senior decision-makers. Through executive engagement, bespoke programs and lead generation, we create prospects for valuable conversations, stronger networks and long-term relationships.

This is a high-volume outbound role where you’ll prospect senior decision-makers, understand what’s happening in their business and what matters to them, and build relationships that connect them into the wider Factor community.

What you’ll be doing
Making a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day
Prospecting and engaging C-suite and senior enterprise executives




Starting conversations with people you’ve never spoken to before
Understanding their priorities, challenges and areas of interest
Qualifying the right executives for our events and programs
Working towards weekly acquisition and attendance targets
Building relationships through phone, email and LinkedIn
Following up and nurturing executives through to attendance
Managing your pipeline and activity
Working closely with the wider commercial and events team
