Job Description

Queensland Government is seeking a Senior Grants Manager to lead a decentralised team within the Grants Division. You will supervise staff, drive recruitment, coach on performance, and ensure safety and wellbeing in delivery across Brisbane and regional offices.

You will oversee complex grant decisions, payments, and compliance, communicate with clients and legal practitioners, and report on operational performance while upholding the THRIVE values.
