An opportunity for an agency recruiter to join an established, supportive team, take over a solid existing desk and make it their own.

This is a dual-desk role across NSW Government temp and Banking & Financial Services perm, with an established desk and existing contractor book ready to take over.

What they’re looking for: This role would suit someone who enjoys the relationship-building and commercial side of recruitment, rather than simply working from job briefs.

You’ll ideally be someone who:




Has agency recruitment experience across temp, perm or both
Is confident speaking with clients and candidates and enjoys building relationships
Is comfortable with business development and identifying opportunities
Is proactive and enjoys taking ownership of a desk
Is motivated by growing a market rather than just managing existing vacancies
Has a positive, cooperative approach and enjoys being part of a team
Is adaptable and willing to learn. You don't need to know these markets already

The team is open on level, so this could suit a Resourcer looking to step into a more consultative role through to an experienced Senior Consultant. Most importantly, they’re looking for someone with the right attitude, commercial mindset and desire to build something.
