The Role
Full-time, Brisbane-based, delivering projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
You'll own end-to-end delivery — planning, programme, budget and resourcing — and be the person clients call. Day to day that means managing consultants and contractors, tracking construction progress, running site inspections, managing risk,
and keeping reporting explicit enough that nobody is ever guessing where a project sits. You'll also be expected to find the value others miss: efficiency, cost and commercial prospects across every phase.
What You'll Bring
Proven project management experience delivering complex development or infrastructure projects
Strong procurement and contract administration capability across a range of delivery models
Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, project management or a related discipline
RPEQ registration and/or QBCC licensing highly regarded — held or in progress
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a risk-aware eye for detail
Energetic, driven and reliable, and genuinely enjoy a fun, fast-paced setting
Proficiency with project management software, and a firm commitment to safety and compliance
