Thumpstar is looking for a Recruiter to help find top talent and manage the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Prepare job contracts and ensure compliance
Manage job postings and recruitment strategies
Assist with onboarding and employee records
Work with management to meet staffing needs

Ideal Candidate
Experience in recruitment or HR
Robust communication and organizational skills

National police clearance or willingness to obtain
Australian working rights
Drivers license
Prior experience working in an administrative role
Excellent organisation skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills
