About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistant to support our day-to-day store operations. This role suits someone who enjoys working with customers, handling products, and being part of a small, hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product enquiries and sales
Provide friendly, professional in-store customer service
Operate POS systems and process cash/card transactions
Receive, stock and organise inventory
Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
Support general retail and counter sales activities
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable,
punctual and well-presented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable handling cash and basic computer systems
Retail or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
Interest in tools or trade products is an advantage
