Position: Receptionist | Location: Box Hill, Victoria

We’re on the hunt for a people-person who’s organised, energetic, and ready to be the welcoming face to join their team at their Box Hill branch. As a receptionist, you’ll be the go-to for keeping things running smoothly, providing exceptional customer service to all our stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
Creating a warm, qualified first impression for everyone visiting the branch.
Answering and directing incoming calls.
Managing emails, mail, and deliveries.
Keeping the office well stocked, neat and organised.
Helping schedule appointments and coordinate foot traffic.
Assisting with resume creation to help job seekers put their best foot forward for work opportunities.
Customer Service and administrative tasks like data entry and filing.

We're looking for




Solid communicator, one who takes pride in their customer service approach.
Detail-oriented and organised.
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good at juggling priorities in a team environment.
Someone with full Australian working rights.
