Job Description

Mott MacDonald in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and deliver iconic Australian highways and road infrastructure projects.

You will manage multi-disciplinary design teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive technical excellence, safety, and digital design integration across the project lifecycle. The role offers leadership prospects within our Roads and Highways team and a pathway to grow the civil design capability.
