What You’ll Be Doing:
Making high volume outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling grind!)
Creating genuine prospects for the Sales Team by qualifying business owners
Smashing daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs like the sales pro you are
Handling objections with confidence, curiosity, and charisma
Becoming a product and CRM expert
Delivering standout customer service that builds real relationships
Representing a brand that’s making waves in the business finance space





To Be Successful You:
Must have completed Bachelors Degree (eg; Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Finance or similar)
Must have full Australian working rights
Have 1 year of sales or call centre experience
Thrive in a target-driven, high energy environment
Bounce back quickly and push through the “no’s” to reach the “yes”
Bring positive energy, confidence, and strong communication skills
Are self motivated and ready to grow in a high performing team
