Role Description The Sales Associate role at Arcadia Homes is a full time, in office position based in Brisbane, QLD. In this role, the Sales Associate will greet and engage prospective clients, understand their housing needs, and guide them through available home and design options. The role involves conducting consultations, presenting pricing and contract information, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Associate will collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure accurate information is provided to clients and support them throughout the sales and pre-construction process. The role also includes following up on leads, attending display home or showroom events, and contributing to sales targets and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Robust customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to actively listen and communicate clearly.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience working toward targets or KPIs.
Basic knowledge of residential construction or home building processes, or a willingness to learn quickly.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, inquiries, and documentation efficiently.
Comfort with using CRM systems and standard office software for tracking leads and preparing sales documents.
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills suitable for client-facing, on-site work.
Previous experience in real estate, home building, or retail sales is an advantage but not essential.
Availability to work in office in Brisbane, QLD, including occasional weekends or evenings as required.
