The Opportunity n
We’re seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This key role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a rapid-paced environment.
Immediate start available for the right candidate, based in either our Perth or Queensland office. Key Responsibilities n
n
Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding compliance
n
Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates to meet operational demands
n
Deliver inductions and develop a candidate care program for new starters
n
Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies
n
Work closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding
n
Support broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C; Manager
n
Provide reporting and general HR support as required
n
About You nn
Proven experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in a quick-paced or blue-collar environment
n
High level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitude
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressure
n
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)
n
Working knowledge of employment legislation
n
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)
n
Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting
n
