Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dandenong, VIC. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with trade and commercial customers, handling inbound and outbound sales activities, and providing product information and quotations. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and supporting account growth through proactive outreach.

The role also involves assisting with marketing campaigns, updating promotional materials, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and pricing,



and contributing to local advertising and digital presence. The specialist is expected to track sales performance, report on market trends, and support training initiatives related to product knowledge and sales processes.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
Background in Sales Management or coordination, including pipeline tracking and performance reporting.
Experience delivering Training or product demonstrations to customers or team members.
Knowledge of building materials or construction industry is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in office full time in Dandenong, VIC, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
Competence in basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) and an interest in marketing activities.
