We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner to join a South Australian State Government Agency. This role will provide high-level HR support and strategic guidance across the Department, delivering best practice, legislative compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert HR consultancy across the Department, ensuring best practice, legislative compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
Lead investigations into complex HR matters, including grievances, internal and external reviews, and classification assessments, delivering well-researched reports and recommendations.
Manage HR projects, including restructures, change management initiatives, and policy implementation.
Support high-level recruitment and selection processes, particularly for senior management and executive roles.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to support continuous improvement.
Mentor and support HR team members, fostering capability, collaboration,



and a high-performing culture.

You will bring
Extensive experience in HR advisory roles, including interpretation and application of legislation, policies, and industrial instruments.
Ideally have experience of working in a State Government Department within a HR role previously
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management experience, including leading HR initiatives and change activities.
Sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to work autonomously in a rapid-paced setting.
