About the Role n
We are seeking a Junior Property Lawyer, with a minimum of 2 years’ post-admission experience to join our growing team.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated lawyer looking to further develop their career across a diverse range of residential, commercial and development matters.
n
You will have responsibility for your own files and work closely with clients throughout the transaction, from initial instructions through to completion.
Your matters will include: n
n
Residential and commercial sales and purchases
n
Off-the-plan transactions
n
Commercial and retail leasing
n
Property development and due diligence
n
Subdivisions, easements, and positive covenants
n
Options agreements
n
Joint venture and development agreements
n
Caveats and PPSR matters
n
Drafting and reviewing contracts and related documentation
n
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers
n
n
You may also have the opportunity to assist with related property/transactional matters, including business sales and purchases, leases, wills and probate.
About You: n
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised, and keen to take the next step in their career.
You will ideally have: n
n
At least 2 years’ post-admission experience, preferably in property law
n
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
n
The ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
A practical and client-focused approach
n
Confidence dealing directly with clients and other stakeholders
n
Experience with PEXA and LEAP will be highly regarded
n
