We’re looking for a reliable and organised Key Account Manager to join the CNW Geebung team.

Manage key customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for on-time delivery
Prepare quotes and sales documentation
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues
Utilise sales tools (e.g. MPro, BRP, Customer Margin Report) for data analysis
Track sales activities and report on KPIs (e.g. sales, margin, DIFOT)




Review and manage DIFOT reports and processes
Leverage product knowledge to support customer purchasing decisions
Monitor market trends and share competitive insights
Engage with the CRM system for tracking interactions and opportunities
Maintain robust website knowledge for online sales support
Attend sales meetings and participate in training to improve technical expertise
