n An exciting prospect has arisen for an Associate with at least 3 years’ post-admission experience to join a high-performing Commercial & Corporate team based in Sydney.
n This well-established firm, with more than 200 staff, has built a solid reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, ranging from SMEs through to large national businesses across multiple industries.
n Working alongside highly regarded partners and senior lawyers, you will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and corporate matters while benefiting from exceptional mentorship and structured career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
n You will be involved in:
n
n
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, service and joint venture agreements
n
Advising on corporate governance, business structures and shareholder arrangements
n
Supporting clients on M&A; transactions, including due diligence and transaction documentation
n
Assisting with company incorporations, restructures, and business sales and acquisitions
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through practical, solution-focused advice
n
n
About You
n
We are interested in hearing from lawyers with a range of commercial backgrounds. However, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills are essential.
n
You will also demonstrate:
