Newcastle & Central Coast | Base + Uncapped Commission | $200K+ Potential

Solana Energy Specialists is growing our residential solar and battery sales team across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast.

n

This is a base salary + uncapped commission role, with company-supplied appointments and high-performing consultants within our sales model earning $200,000+ per year.

n

We are particularly interested in electricians, solar installers and people from trade or technical backgrounds who are confident dealing with customers and want an prospect to move into sales.

n

You do not need previous sales experience.

n

For the right person, we will teach you the sales side.

n

Our Sales Manager is a qualified electrician, and you will receive structured, hands-on training in solar, batteries, our products and the Solana sales process before you are expected to operate independently.

The prospect n

You will be provided with residential appointments with homeowners actively considering solar,



battery storage and related energy solutions.

n

Your role is to meet customers in their homes, understand what they are trying to achieve, explain their options clearly and recommend the right system for their property.

n

We do not want aggressive salespeople or pressure tactics. We want consultants who can build trust, understand the technical side and explain it in plain English.

What you will be doing n

Attending company-supplied residential appointments across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast
n
Consulting with homeowners about solar, battery storage and EV charging
n
Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
n
Clearly explaining system design, products, savings and expected outcomes
n
Preparing and presenting proposals
n
Following up opportunities and managing your sales pipeline
n
Working closely with our sales, operations and installation teams
n

Who we are looking for n

A trade qualification is not required, and previous sales experience is not essential.
