We're looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll team at Cole School Experts. Our Payroll team supports a range of schools, so there's plenty of variety. You'll use your payroll knowledge, work with excellent clients and be part of a team that genuinely supports each other.
Key responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing and record maintenance
Staff onboarding and terminations
Pay increases, adjustments and leave loading
Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
Payroll reconciliations and year-end requirements
Supporting clients with payroll queries and practical advice
Working closely with the Payroll team to keep things moving
About you
Experience with multiple Awards, Enterprise Agreements and relevant legislation
Solid accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and people skills
A team-first approach and willingness to pitch in
Confidence with technology and strong Excel skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
High levels of confidentiality and discretion
Adaptability, resilience and a practical approach to problem solving
A genuine commitment to great client service
National Police Check and Working with Children Check required
