We’re now searching for an Associate or Senior Managerto join their growing team. This is an prospect to work across landmark urban renewal and social infrastructure projects in Sydney — including affordable housing, precinct regeneration, and government partnership models.

This role is ideal for someone looking to:

Step out of the Big 4 or a large consultancy to make a more direct, hands‑on impact.
n
Work across all stages of advisory — from strategy and procurement to financial close.
n

Key focus areas: n
Commercial advisory and procurement structuring for urban and social infrastructure projects.
n
Business case development and investment logic for public‑sector clients.
n
Supporting a pipeline of high‑impact, place‑based initiatives.
What we’re looking for: n
3–8 years’ experience in infrastructure, urban, or real estate advisory.
n
Strong report writing, commercial acumen, and stakeholder skills.
n
A self‑starter who values collaboration, purpose, and autonomy.
n
